WHAT YOU DO

Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden wie Nespresso und steuerst umfangreiche Projekte von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Endabnahme
Als (Junior) Project Manager unterstützt du das Team bei nationalen und internationalen Kampagnen und der globalisierten Markenkommunikation des Kunden
Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualität, die Budgeteinhaltung und die Terminplanung in allen Phasen von Projekten
Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen externen Partner:innen wie Kunden, Produktion und Lieferanten – sowie internen Kolleg:innen aus dem Grafikdesign
Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Planung und Organisation der Logistik sowie die Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Entwicklung und Einkauf

WHO YOU ARE

Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem technischen Bereich abgeschlossen
Du bringst (erste) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement bzw. POS-Kampagnen mit, gerne auch im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit
Du hast eine „Hands-on“ Einstellung und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
Du verfügst über ein starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen und arbeitest teamorientiert
Du bist daran interessiert für internationale Marken und Einzelhandel Projekte umzusetzen
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MSOffice Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel - idealerweise hast du zudem erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System

WHAT YOU DO

You are the primary contact person for our clients such as Nespresso and manage complex projects from order placement to final handover
As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will support the team with national and international campaigns and the client's globalised brand communication
You are responsible for quality, budget control and scheduling in all phases of projects
You act as an interface between external partners such as customers, production and suppliers - as well as internal colleagues from graphic design
Your daily tasks include planning and organising logistics and implementing optimisation measures in collaboration with the production, logistics, development and buying departments

WHO YOU ARE

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of economics or in a technical field
You have (initial) professional experience in project management or POS campaigns, including internships or as a working student
You have a hands-on attitude and are happy to take on responsibility
You have a strong assertiveness and work in a team-oriented manner
You are interested in realising projects for international brands and retail companies
Very good English and German language skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel - ideally you also have initial experience in working with an ERP system
